What can be returned
Our bubble tea kits, other perishable goods, customised items and gift cards cannot be returned unless defective or arrive damaged.
For all other goods, these have a 30 day return period that starts from the day you receive your order. Return postage will be at the buyer’s expense.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to the email address on the order to confirm receipt and process a refund if the return meets the standards above.
Refunds are refunded back to the original payment method and should be received within 5 working days upon receipt of our confirmation email.
Late or missing refunds
If you received email confirmation from us that we have issued a refund but haven’t received a refund after 5 working days please contact us so we can look into this for you.
Cancelling an order before shipping
We process our orders quickly but if you change your mind and want to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us. We will do our best to process this cancellation before shipping but we can not guarantee that your order can be cancelled on time.
