What you'll need
We’ve packed your kit with all the key ingredients to become a bobarista at home — no fancy equipment required! Just a few everyday kitchen items will help you bring your bubble tea to life:
Boiled Water – for brewing the tea.
Ice – optional, for making iced bubble tea.
Teaspoon & Tablespoon – for stirring and measuring.
Glass or Mug – ideally 350ml or larger.
Microwave & Microwaveable Bowl or Hob & Saucepan – to cook the tapioca.
Strainer or Slotted Spoon – for draining the cooked tapioca.
Small Plate – to add sprinkles (included in your kit!).
Jug (400ml+) – perfect for mixing your drinks.

Delivery, Gifts & Returns
🚀 We aim to dispatch all orders same day if ordered before 12pm, or within 1 working day if placed after, using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service aims to deliver the next working day (including Saturdays) — though occasionally it may take up to 2 working days depending on local delivery conditions

You’re in good hands — no pricing info is included in the package. You can ship directly to your giftee, and our kits come in plain outer packaging to keep the surprise safe!
🔁 Returns & Issues – If you’ve just placed an order and need to cancel, message us here as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to catch it before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee cancellations once the order is in progress.
Change of mind? You can return unopened kits within 14 days of delivery. Returns are at the buyer’s expense.
