About Delivery
How quickly are orders shipped and when are they delivered?
We ship our orders within 1 working day. If you order before 7am, your order will be shipped same day (if it’s a working day) otherwise it will be shipped the next working day.
We use Royal Mail for all our orders and they deliver Monday – Saturday.
You have a choice of Royal Mail 48 or Royal Mail 24 service.
Where do we deliver to?
At the moment we deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
How much is postage?
Free delivery for all orders over £25 with Royal Mail 48 delivery. If you want faster delivery you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for £1.50.
For orders below £25, Royal Mail 48 delivery is £3 and Royal Mail 24 delivery is £4.50.
Can you change an incorrect shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please Contact Us and let us know your order number, name and the address you want the order changed to and we will do our best to change it for you.
Once you have placed your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make these changes so please review your details carefully before placing an order.
Your order hasn’t arrived
If you picked Royal Mail 48 at checkout and your order has not arrived within 5 working days or you picked Royal Mail 24 and your order has not arrived within 3 working days, please Contact Us so that we can look into this for you.
About Your Order
What payment methods do we accept?
You can pay with debit and credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We also provide speedy checkout through Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can you make changes to your order?
Once you have placed your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes as we process our orders quickly but if you Contact Us before your order has shipped we will try our best to make changes.
How do you cancel or return your order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please Contact Us and we will try to cancel your order before it is sent but please note this is not guaranteed as our orders are processed quickly.
After your order has shipped and you still want to cancel or return your order, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Can you send an order as a gift?
Yes! You can leave your gift giving to us. We can send directly to the recipient and all of our orders are sent without price information. All of our bubble tea kits come in our fabulous holographic packaging which many of our customers said they loved giving as a present.

What kind of outer packaging do we use?
All orders will arrive in plain, outer packaging without logos.
About Our Products
What do you need to use the bubble tea kits?
All of our kits come with all the ingredients, special boba straws and clear, easy instructions you need to make our delicious flavours.
To use the kit you will need a glass to make your drink, hot water, ice (if you want to make your drinks iced), a measuring jug and either a microwave or cooking hob to cook up the Tapioca Bubbles (included in kit!).
Are the bubble tea kits suitable for children?
Our kits are fun to make and our bubble tea drinks are delicious! Children who love bubble tea will recognise a lot of flavours from their local bubble tea shop and also discover new favourites in these creative kits.
We recommend an adult supervises and does the steps that include hot water and cooking the tapioca bubbles.
All kits come with Tapioca Bubbles which can be a choking hazard for children under 6 so we do not recommend these drinks for children under 6.
What is the best before dates on the kits?
Each kit will have at least 8 weeks best before from when you receive it.
Do you have any options for Vegans and Vegetarians?
Yes! All of our Bubble Tea Kits are suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Our milk tea kits are “accidentally” vegan, we use a special coconut based creamer (with no coconut taste!) that gives our drinks the best creamy mouthfeel and taste. Many of our customers have said how delicious our milk teas are. We also do not use palm oil or beeswax in our products.
